the schedule of fees to the market
price of livestock.

The rates announced,
sheep and’ horses are:

-Cattle — 13c¢ per head per month

Sheep — 3c per head per month.

Horses - 16 4c per head per month.

The fees are effective March 1,
1955 to February 29, 1956.

In line with Grazing Regulations
as promulgated in 1950, the fees
charged for grazing livestock on
Crown range are calculated on a
sliding scale governed by the previ-
ous year’s market price for cattle and
sheep. Since the weighted average
price for cattle at Vancouver stock-
yards for 1954 was $13.44 per hun-

for cattle,

ved weight as compared with $14.69

for 1953, the grazing fee for cattle
Yor 1954 is corréspondingly lower
than in 1954.

‘The fee for hay cutting permits for
1955 is $1.00 per ton as previously.
