Jim was also lucky enough to win a third prize and $25 award in the 1954 Latham Foundation Inter- national Humane poster contest, in which entrys from almost every country were received. THE BRIDGE LAKE STAMPEDE was well attended, considering an all-day rain which started that morn- ing about eight o’clock and lasted all through the day.
