Smith, land inspector from Williams Lake, at- tended the meeting of the Big Creek Livestock Association held at Bon- ners last Wednesday. Mr. Smith drew attention to the recent change-over in land inspec- tion’ from the Forest Service to the Land Inspection Division of the De- partment of Lands and Forests. As Inspector of a large area of the Cari+ boo, Mr. Smith showed how co-opera- tion of the livestock associations will enable him to give quick and efficient service in handling land applications. Mr. DeBeck gave an interesting report on a meeting of the American Society of Range Management which he attended in Penticton recently.
