Public Works, in writing, to exer-
cise the powers vested in the said
Minister in Part II of the “High-
way Act’ and being of the opinion
that the above-mentioned roads
are Mable to damage through ex-
traordinary traffic thereon, hereby
makes the following Regulation,
pursuant to Section 35 of the
“Highway Act.”

limitations are imposed on the said

them effective midnight, March
24th, 1953, and until further
