really been a chore to decide the winners for both the city; |
outside trophies. So much commendable work was done thai
was difficult to pick the winners. However, here is the decis”

For the- City trophy: Grandview and Burrard Hast to sh
the trophy for the coming six months» Although Grandview

For the outside points: After much discussion, 1t was j,
that Vernon should receive the trophy, for an excellent perio;
ance on a difficult quota and that Ocean Falls should receive ~
runner-up pennant for a fine job particularly as they are ne
comers. And special mention goes to Silverton Club, yh
though very ‘small, went well over on cash and over on subs ¢

Hastings East and Floyd Anderson of South Van rolled in 17:

Bill Kreherchuk’s 21 for East End. and Mike Brncie 9 for Geor}
Isabel Petterson turned in 12 for West End and Isabel is a ga
concern in all endeavors. Thank you Isabel! And we wind up .
honorable mention with Bruce Mickleburg: LPP candidate
