DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the lands hereinafter described are not required for municipal
purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated; :

NOW THEREFORE be It resolved That:

1. That portion of road in District Lot 340, Group One, New Westminster
District, shown as "Road Being Closed" on the plan attached to and:
forming part of the "Saskatchewan Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1986, No. -
2187" that Is shown Included within Lot 2 of a Subdivision Plan of
Parts of District Lots 232 and 340, Group One, New Westminster District
prepared by D.J. Dyck, B.C.L.S., under File No. 86-754-5 and dated: June
9th, 1986 be sold to 305340 8.C. Ltd., at or for the price or sum of

$4,874.00;
The adjustment date be July 3ist, 1986, or eartier;
The possession date be July 3ist, 1986, or earliler;

That the subdivision plan of parts of District Lots 232 and 340, Group.

One, New Westminster District prepared by D.J. Dyck, B.C.L.S. under
File No. 86-754-5 and dated June 9th, 1986 be and the same Is hereby

approved;

The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the documents necessary
for. the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City

thereto.
