BACKGROUND: At the October 24, 1994 meeting, Council deferred the attached report from the Director of Planning regarding a request for extension for the above applications. Planning staff were asked to clarify the ownership of the subject properties to ensure that the granting of an extension would not adversely affect owners who hold options to purchage from developers. DISCUSSION: The applicant has submitted current Certificates of Title to prove that he is the registered owner of all three properties. Copies of these Certificates are kept in the Planning application files. There are no other owners whose interests could be negatively affected by granting this extension.
