27/94 for 1389 Kebet Way.

Secondes

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 27/94 for 1389
Kebet Way under Section 976 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a) Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

b) Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

c) Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department;
d) Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; and

e) Satisfaction of the Fire Department requiremenis.

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized ‘to sign the documents when completed, subject to the
conditions noted above.

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 28/94 for. 1.68
hectare portion of 1389 Kebet Way under Section 976 of the Municipal Act subject to:

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Departinent;
