The new fees proposed in the Recommendation section sbove distinguish betweea

many other municipalities. Residential appli

cations will be assessed on the number

of units proposad, which will result in higher fees charged to larger residential
proposals. The minisum fee for rezoning, which is currently $300.00, has been |
raised for coamercial and industrial applications, which are generally more complex.

The fee structure for Development Permits, Development Variance Permits, and
Official Community Plan Amendment Applications havea alao been xeended ao that if |
the application is submitted alone and not in conjunction with a rezoning
application, the fees are charged according to Jand uge type. If the application
ia submitted together with a rezoning application, a fea of $700.00 fox processing

will be charged.
