That Council approve the installation of "No Parking -~ 7:00am to 9:00am, and 3:00pm to
5:00pm" signs on the east side of Westwood from Kingsway to Christmas Way.

As described in the attached memorandum from the Project/Traffic Technician dated May 12, —
1992, parked cars are restricting the capacity of Westwood Street during the moming and
afternoon rush hours. The Committee therefore recommends that paring be restricted on the
east side of Westwood Street from Kingsway to Christmas Way berween 7:00am to 9:00am and

3:00pm to 5:00pm.
