A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which 1s more particularly described as:

Lot 34, EXCEPT: Part subdivided by Plan 40830
District Lot 465

Group One

Plan 25135

New Westminster District

ig hereby rezoned from RS-l (Zstate Residential) to CD (Comprehensive
Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240," is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. .

Notwithstanding the permitted uses deseribed under “Part XII. ~
Comprehensive Development Zone", the uses permitted within the
aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule "I"
and shown on Sehedule "II" which are attached hereto and forms part of

this bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning
Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2672".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council thie llth day of May, 1992.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this lith day of May, 1992.

Public Hearing held this lst day of June, 1992.
