the clearing.

That a proposal call be sent out to consultants for design drawings and
costing for the active area.

And That the Parks and Recreation Comnittee interview the various
consultants with a recommendation to Council.

That the Subdivision Plan of Lot 2, District Lot 463, Group One, Plan
69169, New Westminster District, being owned by the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, prepared by Robert M. Reese, B.C.L.S., and dated June ith,
1990, wherein Lot 1, having an area of 0.3750 ha, is created and a 3.863 m
portion is dedicated as "Road" be and same is hereby approved;

And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the
said subdivision plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal
thereto.
