Mandatory Development Permit
Proposed Lot 35 Meridian Industrial Park Planning File 74/89

RECOMMENDATION:

THAT City Council adopt a resolution issuing a development permit for
subdivision of proposed Lot 35 and issuing a building permit to construct
a warehouse of the property.

COMMENT

This property is located along Mary Hiil Bypass, in a mandatory development
permit area. As Council will recall, properties along Mary Hill Bypass
require development permit approval for appearance because of their prominent
location.

The applicant is requesting approval to subdivide the property and to
construct a warehouse building. Approval of the application is recommended.
