The Munieipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlan, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lots A, B, C, and D The South 33 feet of the Block 5 road immediately North. of Deb. 231, 232, and 288 the North property line of Group One, Plan 21652 and Lot C, Blk 5, Plan 21652 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from RS~3 (Estate Residential) to M~3 (Clean Industrial) and the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1.987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 2, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2423" Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 17th day of April, 1989.
