BYLAW NO. 2436

A Bylaw to authorize the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to
dispose of portions of dedicated road in exchange for portions of land to be
dedicated as road.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in Open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof igs
attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof,

Those portions of road and lane described in Section 1 hereof, are hereby
closed and Stopped up to traffic of all kinds.

Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to
the City, shall be established as addittons to the roads in the City.

The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute
such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of
the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Morgan Avenue and

Cameron Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 19999 No. 2436", FIAST THREE READINGS
