Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2255, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening, is available for third reading.

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw
© for third reading to the attention of the Counci! at this time. The Counci |
: may now decide whether. it wishes +o give third reading immediately or delay

| it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing
can be fuily considered.

| In order to preserve the judicial nature of the Procedure by which Counci |
