That the PoCo Mo!tson'ts Old Timers Tournament receive the 50%
reduction on ice rental rates;

AND THAT the room rental charges be waived.

8th Annual Old Timers Thanksgiving Hockey Tournament,

Seconded by Alderman Farnworth:

That the Port Coquitiam Recreation Old Timers League be permitted to
have their annual Thanksgiving Tournament in the PoCo Recreation Centre;

That the ice rental for October 10th, 11th ard 12th be at 50% of the
commercia! rates; ;

That on October 13th they pay the full commercial rate;

That the City of Port Coquitlam operate the concession for this
tournament and that the Old Timers not operate a concession;

AND THAT the room rentals be waived.

Alderman Farnworth advised he received from Expo the Itinerary for
the Rick Hansen "Man in Motion" tour through British Columbia and
expressed concern regarding the route which did not go through Port
Coquitlam and gave Notice of Motion as follows:
