Grp .1, Plan 43414 NWLD from RS=1 to RT-1

Comments:

This: application is to rezone an existing legaliy nonconforming
duplex, The property meets the zoning district requirements
for lot size and shape. The property is located adjacent to
another legal nonconforming duplex and does not meet the RT=-1
district requirements distance separation from other duplex
buildings. : os

In conclusion, approval of this application is being
recommended to correct the zoning of an-existing legally
nonconforming duplex. ss
