Moved by Alderman Farnworth: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the Municipal Council of The Corporation cf the City of Port Coquitlam support the resolution contained in the City of Quesnel, December i7th, 1985 letter regarding petitioning the federal government to reduce the fedsral tax on all fuel and petroleum products. Carried. Alderman Wright voted against the resolution. REPORTS: PZ/08/86/01/06/ 15 From the Director of Community Planning, December 11th, 1985 regarding Development Permit No. 12/85 - Rowland Lacrosse Box. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Wright: Whereas the Permittee wishes to commence a development on the Lands herein defined; And Whereas the Permittee has made application for a Development Permit in regard to the Lands; And Whereas the Municipal Act, R.S$.B.C. 1979, c. 290 provides that in a Development Permit certain matters may be varied or supplemented in the manner specified therein; Now Therefore the Council of the City hereby issues a Development Permit in respect of ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situate in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia, which is more particularly described as: Part (One Decimal One Hundred and Eighty-four (1.184 acres more or less) of Lot 289, Group One. lying within the following described boundaries:- COMMENCING at the intersection of the westerly boundary of the School House Road with the sourtherly boundary of Wilson Avenue, the same being 792.7 feet westerly, measured along the north boundary of said Lot 289, and 33 feet southerly, measured along the westerly boundary of School House Road, from the North East corner of said Lot 289, Group One, thence 8.89 deg. 46 feet west and following the said southerly boundary of Wilson Avenue, a distance of 313.5 feet more or less to the easterly boundary of a 10!
