A Bylaw to provide for the mailing of Notice of Public AUG 13 1984. :
Hearings pursuant to Section 720 of the "Munlecipal Act".

The Municipal! CGounel! of The Corporation. of the City of Port Coquitlam, in oper
meeting assembled, enacts as fol lows:

Except as provided in Section 2 of this Bylaw, a copy of every Notice of Public
Hearing required ta be publ ished. pursuant to Section 720 (1) of the "Municl pal
Act® giving notice of @ hearing om any propesed amendment to a Zoning Bylaw
having the effect of rezoning an area of the municipal ity from.one zone to
another zone shall be mailed or otherwise delivered by tre Municipal Clerk not
less than 3 days nor more than 10 days before the date of the Hearing to the
owners and. cecuplers cf all. real property:

(2) within the area that Is subject to the rezoning; and

(b) within @ distance of (20 m (393.7 ft.) fromall boundaries of the area that
is subject to the rezoning.

It fs not necessary to: mat! or otherwise deliver the Notice referred to In
Section 1 where the subject of the Zoning Bylaw is 10 or more parcels owned by 10

or more persons.

The "Notice of Public Hearings. Mal! Ing Bylaw, 1979, No. 1716'*, as amended: Is.

repealed.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Notice of Publle Hearings
Malling Bylaw, 1984, No. 2052".
