SUBJECT: Council Chairs in Council Chamber.

RECOMMENDATION:

That new chairs for the Mayor and Council be purchased
from Simpsons at a total price of $1,899.52.

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

The existing chairs are worn out and while reupholstering
is slightly cheaper ($1,586.54) it is felt that we would receive better
value for our money by purchasing new chairs.

The funds are provided in the 1982 budget.
