That prior to any action being taken with respect to changing the present

15 parking stalls allocated for City staff in the immediate area of the City

Hall to 2-hour parking, the matter be discussed with the Employees' Committee.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Mabbett stated he

would like the proposed meeting with the Employees' Committee to be held before

the Christmas rush.

That with respect to a request from the B.C. Telephone Company for
a suitable location in the vicinity of the Shaughnessy—McAllister intersection
on which to install a pay telephone booth, the extreme South-west corner
of the City Hall park at Shaughnessy Street and McAllister Avenue be
approved as the site for such an installation. Carried.

Contract No. 13, and recommending acceptance of the revised sanitary and Westgate En-

for the developer. A memorandum was also received from the City Clerk, .
November 10th, 1975, advising of resolutions required to implement the
recommendations set forth in the foregoing memorandum from the City
