given to the proposals got out dn the Minutes of representativas
of the thran municipalitias and 8.P.C.A. held Novenbar 18th, and
that thoy are noe Prepared Co approve tha hiring of additional

eaeanistence at this tine.

You will all hava had copias of Mr. Spenca’s letter of December 16th
and of Mr. Freenan's lecter of Dacember lst, wherein the two e1ties
ara prepared to proceed with thia additieaal stafl¢ arrangement
olithough che City of Pore Hoody have mado a point that they are only
Prepared to approve tha leasing of one additional vehicle rather then

two a2 originally envisaged.

In view of tho District of Coquitiam's letter roferred to abova, I
would now raquest further instructions from the Cities of Port Coquitlam

and Fort Koedy before I tcka any further actdon in thio matter.
