Item No. Citadel Heishts - Park Site 82 Kevin Smith outlined to the Parks Recreation Committee the f'act that the soil conditions at this park site are unstable. He indicated that. it would not be appropriate to include a tennis in this site due to the fact of the unstable court conditions of the soil and that the soil would be shifting over the next year s.
