Re: Sewer Service to Victoria Hall

Further to our recent discussions with regard to the provision of a 100 mm @
sewer connection to the Victoria Park Hall, 3435 Victoria Drive, please make the
necessary arrangements to seck approvals for the inter-municipal service. We wish
to proceed as soon as possible with the installation, as the Simon Fraser Health
Unit has recommended that the existing septic tank be discontinued.

Please inform us with regard to the options available and estimated costs for
providing this service, Can we install the sewer or will your forces complete the

work to our property line?
