Attending public meetings held previously by council regarding this whole area brought attention to the fact that there is property available at the east end of Argue Street that would very adequately fullfill the needs of this proposal. It would not directly effect long established families of the area. It would tie in with tha PoCo Trail dyke area and would have room for some growth if needed at some time in the future. 7. 8s some counci] members are aware we also have a problem regarding dirt bikes, all terrain vehicles, and dune buggies (unlicensed) by using Argue Street as a drag strip and direct access to the old gravel pit site. a ye We very strenuously oppose this proposal and would hope that a great deal of consideration would be given to this whole area's future.
