Moved by Councillor Talbot: Seconded by Councillor Stewart: That this application be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to C-2 (Neighbourhood Commercial) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. The project must provide additional right-of-way to accommodate a bicycle path along Prairie Avenue. Satisfaction of Ecvineering requirements. Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department. . Satisfaction of Building Department concerns. Issuance of a Development Permit And That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 104/93; And That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to che conditions noted above.
