A Bylaw to Amend the "Port Coquitlam Fire
Prevention Bylaw, 1991, No. 2578".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Section 3.1.2 of the "Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw, 1991, No. 2578", is repealed
and the following substituted:

"3.1.2 An Officer may at any time issue a permit for the outdoor burning, in daylight
hours only, of agricultural organic materials generated on site on properties

zoned A-i (Agricultural), provided that no such permit shall, for any property,
be issued for a period of time longer than six months."

2. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Fire Prevention Bylaw,
1991, No. 2578, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2744",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of November, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of November, 1992.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 30th day of November, 1992,

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
