DRAFT RESOLUTION

Whereas the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 35, 1992, No.
2682" received first two readings earlier in this meeting;

Therefore it is now determined that the amendment to the Official
Community Plan proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2682 does not affect the
District of Coquitlam, the Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the

Greater Vancouver Regional District.

Whereas Grant & Sinclair Architects Lid. have made a presentation to the
City to provide architectural services in connection with the design and
construction of a new public works yard and fire hall;

Now therefore be it resolved that Council do hereby appoint Grant &
Sinclair Architects Ltd., 1000 - 1500 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British
Columbia, as architects for the proposed public works yard and fire hall,
gubject to the City and the Architect entering into an Agreement to the

satisfaction of the City.

‘Whereas Vic Davies Architect Ltd. have nade a presentation to the City to
provide architectural services in connection with the design and construction

of the Hyde Creek Centre expansion;

Now therefore be it resolved that Council do hereby appoint Vic Davies
Architect Ltd., 1581 Church Avenue, Victoria, British Columbia, as architect
for the proposed expansion of Hyde Creek Centre, subject to the City and the
Architect entering into an Agreement to the satisfaction of the City.
