THE CORPORATION OF THE
CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

MAR 25 1991

Mayor and Aldermen Mareh 25th, 1991

R.A. Freeman,
City Clerk/Deputy Administrator

Re: Bylaws considered at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening:

The following Bylaws, considered at a é@oning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening, are available for third reading:

Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 2571
Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2572

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2573

Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of these
bylaws for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The
Council may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or
delay it until che next meeting so that any representations made at the
hearing can be fully considered,

In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure it is not
possible for further representations from the public to be received now that
the Public Hearing has been ad journed.
