Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That the Liquor Control and Licencing Branch be informed that: The Municipal Council of the City of Port Coquitlam supports the operation of the Poco Cabaret, with seating restricted to a maximum of 225 seats; And That the Municipal Council of the City of Port Coquitlam is considering an application from Pocn Cabaret Ltd. to increase seating to 325 seats, and that a Public Hearing on this application will be held on April 15th, 1991. Carried. BYLAWS: Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That third reading of Bylaw No. 2570 be deferred for three weeks subject to receipt of a report from the Planning and Development Committee. Carried. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That the “Traffic Regulation 3ylaw, 1971, No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2575", be reconsidered, finally read and adopted. Carried. Alderman Wright introduced a bylaw to authorize the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to dispose of a portion of dedicated road in exchange for a portion of land to be dedicated as road.
