June 25, 1990/162 (3) Usable Open Space: This section to be deieted and replaced by: (3) Recreation Areas: Recreation areas shall be provided om the same lot as the principal building(s) as follows: (1) Three decimal five (3.5) square meters (38 square feet) open air Recreation Area per dwelling unit; and (11) Two (2) square meters (22 square feet) indoor Recreation Area per dwelling unit; providing that recreation areas shall not be required for residential developments having less than ten (10) dwelling units.
