SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 7/88
for 2307 Nottingham Place,

RESOLUTION :

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of February 3rd, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit

Providing that regulations of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 801, Section

(5), Clause (b), RS~1 Exterior Side Yards be reduced from 3.2 metres to 1.2
metres for Lot 134, DL 232 624] NWLD Plan 75512, be approved,

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
February 8th, 1988 the owners and residents of Property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council ara considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of February 29th,
1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to whether or not the
Development Variance Permit should be issued
