The Zone Designation of RS-3% (Estate Residentia:) presently assigned to Lot 2 of a Subdivision Plan of Lot 383 ( as madi tied by the "Ulster Street/Lincoin Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No. 2234"); S.W, 1/4 Sec. 7 and N.W. 1/4 Sec. 6 Township 40, Plan 60681; New Westminster District; witn an area of 9.512 ha (23.5 acres) Is removed and the zone designations Indicated on the plan of zoning attached as Schedule "A" to this bylaw Is applied. 2a Schedule "A"; the plan of zoning referred to Section 1, and oelng a plan prepared by G.D. Hamilton & Assoctates Consulting Ltd. titled "Hyde Park Estates" bearing Drawing No. 6204-P1 dated March 6th, 1987 with 8 metric scale oft 1:1000; is attached to this Bylaw and made a part hereof. 3. Tne Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
