WHEREAS Section 264 of the "Municipal Aet", being Chapter 290 of the Revised
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, provides that the Annua! Budget shal! by
Bylaw be adopted on or before the 15th day of May in each vear;

AND WHEREAS the said Annual Budget for the year 1986 is appended hereto 2s
Schedule "A" to this Bylaw:

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Por;
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Schedule "A" to this Bylaw shall be the Annual Budget of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitiam for the year 1986. ,

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Annual Budget Bylaw, 1986, Mo.
2179",

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 5th day of May, 1986.
Read a second time. by the Municipal Counci! this 5th day of May, 1986.

Read a third time by the Municipal Counci! this 5th day of May, 1986,
