The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,

in open inceting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, -being

Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" —

is amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS~2 assigned to the remainder

of the West half of Lot "D" of Lot 3 of the North East Quarter, Section 6,

Township 40, Plan 9737, New. Westminster District, shown on a plan of Sub—

division in process prepared by Vernon C. Goudal & Associates, British

Columbia Land Surveyors and assigned Drawing No. C-3074-80 and assigning the

Zone Designation of RS-l thereto. :

2. A copy of the Plan of Subdivision in process referred to in Section 1

is attached to this By-law and made a part thereof. , .

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Zoning By-law, 1979, Ne. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980, No. 1803",

By-law No. 1803: to rezone the remainder of the West half of Lot "pt

of Lot 3 of the Northeast Quarter, S ction 6, Township 40, Plan 9737,
shown on a plan of Subdivision in process prepared by Vernon C. Goudal &

Associates, British Columbia Land Surveyors and assigned No. C-~3074-80,

from RS-2 to RS-1,

This property is addressed as 831 Prairie Avenue and the. rezoning is
being undertaken to permit the rezoning and subdivision of adjacent
Property pursuant to the provisions of Zoring Amendment By-law No. 1796.
It is not intended that any change in the actual use of the property that

is the subject of this rezoning by-law will occur ‘at this time.
