Dear Sir: Ra: Proposed Development of Colonel Sender's unit at
2536 Shaughnessy Street _

We acknowledge with thanke receipt of your letter dated April 18th,
1972 concerning the above-noted subject and in reply thereto we would advise
when the same was placed hefore a repular meeting of the Munieipal Council
of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on April 24th, 1972 the
following resolution was passed:

“That the sppearance of representatives of White Spot Ltd. to discuss
the proposed development of a Colonel Sander's unit at 2536 Shaughnessy Street

at the Council meeting to be held May lst, 1972 be approved."

As you are perhaps aware, the Council meeting commences at 7:30 pom
on that evening and it is our practice to place delegations aa the first ites
on the egende. ‘The Council meetings ara, of course, held in cha Couneil
Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitiaa, B.C.
