Without restrict: generality of the foregoing, no cuiliding or structure on the Land may contain: (i) extra wiring capable of being utilized for a secondary suite; a wet car, plumbing for a wet bar or plumbinc for a similar installation which, in the opinion of the City, may be used for, connected with or exchanced for a kitchen sink for a secondary suite; or walls or partitions which, in the opinion of the City, could be converted or closed off to create a secondary suite. Inspection 4. The City, its officers, employees and ager’:s shall upon not less than 24 hours’ notice in writing to the Covenantor have access to the Land and buildings on the Land as may be necessary to ascertain compliance with this Covenant. Effect of Covenant 5. This Covenant runs with the Land and is binding upon the owners of the Land from time to time and every reference. herein to the Covenantor includes the Covenantor’s successors in title.
