Tree's dripline border must be fenced off to prevent damage to roots during construction. DISCUSSION: The proposed two lot subdivision generally conforms to the Zoning Bylaw requirements for the RS-2 zone. The applicant is planning to subdivide 2 lots at this time and has had a preliminary subdivision plan prepared to plan for the addition of the adjoining property for a future subdivision.
