From the City Clerk, September 15, 1992 regarding Development Variance Permit No. 32/92 for 3473, 3466 Hastings and 2465 Glenwood. The following people spoke regarding this Development Variance Permit application. Mr. Greg Sturrock, 2484 Kitchener Street, inquired as to the lane to the west being closed. Mr. John Duguid, Genesis Development Ltd., Consultant, stated that each lot will have custom designed homes. Mrs. Pirkko Mielke, expressed concern that the depth of the lots was not suitable. Moved by Councillor Wright: Seconded by Councillor Thompson: That as recommended by the Director of Planning in his memorandum of May 27th, 1992 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be issued for 3474, 3466 Hastings and 2465 Glenwood in the form appearing in the Agenda documents of the September 28th, 1992 Council Meeting. Carried, RESOLUTION: Seconded by Councillor Wright: Whereas by Bylaw No. 2722 of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited as the "1200 Block Mary Hill Road (Plan 2261 & 85435) Road Closure Bylaw. 1992, No. 2722" a certain portion of road therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;
