RECOMMENDATION:

A.

THAT this application be approved te proceed. for Rezoning from RS-1

(Single Family Residential) to RMH4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the
Municipal Act subject to:

1. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning; .

Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and
Recreation Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;
sonsolidation of the properties into one lot;

Issuance of a Development Permit.

THAT the Planning Department he authorized to draft Development Permit
20/923 and

THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when
completed subject to the conditions noted above.

BACKGROUND:

This application will permit the development of a 24 unit, 3-storey rental

apartment building. The gsubject property is in an area designated for

with barrier curb and gutter, also new catch basin required. |
