DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT

(Owner as defined in the Mimicipal Act,
hereinafter referred to aa the Permittee)

This Development Variance Permit is issued subject te compliance with
all of the Bylaws of the Municipality applicable thereto, except aa
specifically varied by this permit. |

This Development Variance Permit applies to and only to those lands
within the Municipality described below, and any and all buildings,
structures and other development thereon:

The Zoning Bylaw is varied asa follows:

"Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" Section 601 "Subdivision
Design and Layout", Sub—section (1) "Minimum Lot Frontage" is varied aa
shown on Plan 49/91 (A) which is attached hereto and forms part of this
permit.

‘The land described herein shall be developed strictly in accordance with

the terma and conditions and provisiona of this permit and any plans and .
specifications attached to this permit which shall form a part hereof.
