The service to Citadel Heights would be provided by the new #159 Port Coquitlam Centre/New Westminster Station route (see attached map). During peak periods, 2 AM and 2 PM, #159 trips would extend via Langan, Broadway to provide a limited service to the Meridian Industrial area. We would request at this time permission to operate on the streets where currently transit service does not exist. This includes Pitt River Road between Pooley and Mary Hill Bypass, Citadel Drive between Pitt River Road and the Citadel loop (under construction), Langan between Pitt River Road and Broadway, and Broadway between Langan and Mary Hill Bypass, In addition, new bus stops would be required on the new streets mentioned, Dave Evans of our Engineering Department will be contacting you in the near future regarding stops. Your response to this request would be greatly appreciated by July 3, 1991.
