Sidewalk on Pitt River Road

The original request for the installation of sidewalk on Pitt River Road
come trom several le¢al residents between Nova Scotia and Harbour in August of
1989.

The residents complained that road run off Flooded their front yards and
walkways during both spring and fall rains.

The sidewalk installation was intended to prevent road run-off from
entering private property and thus eliminating the water problen.

It is recommended that the design take this factor into consideration,
including curb and gutter in the final design.

Enclosed, please find my estimates for the proposed designs.
