Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Gates: That Council approve a request to allow a minor encroachment of a sidewalk onto the storm sewer/sanitary sewer right of way over a portion of the lot at 1619 Renton provided that the owner agrees to register a restrictive covenant at his own expense and that in the event of a need to repair the sanitary or storm sewers that the sidewalk could be saw cut along the right of way, removed, and then repaired at the owner's expense.
