increase the size of the (Entering Port Coquitlam) sign on the
Lougheed Highway just west of Westwood ;

install a directional sign stating (City of Port Coquitlam Business
Area) for traffic on the Mary Hill Bypass at the Kingsway
intersection.

have Port Coquitlam added to the Ninistry of Transportation and
Highways sign at Barnet and Lougheed Highway.

That Council approve the request for a road stop up and closure on St.
Michael Street from Angelo Avenue to the Lougheed Highway.

From the City Engineer, August 23rd, 1990 regarding Sidewalk on Storm
Sewer/Sanitary Sewer Right of Way — 1619 Renton.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Gates:

That Council approve a request to allow a minor encroachment of a sidewalk
onto the storm sewer/sanitary sewer right of way over a portion of the lot at
1619 Renton provided that the owner agrees to register a restrictive covenant
at his own expense and that in the event of a need to repair the sanitary or
storm sewers that the sidewalk could be saw cut along the right of way,
removed, and then repaired at the owner's expense.

for the Lane East of Jervis, North of Lougheed.
