Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit use of the property bv the Elk's Club of Port Coquitlam.

A copy of the proposed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port
Coquitiam City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to
4:30 peme, on regular business days, from the date of this Notice until the Public
Hearing.

Also available for inspection are copies of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bviaw,
1979, Now 1651" (which would be amended by the proposed bylaw) and various reoorts and
plans referring specifically to the purpose of the amending bviaw.

Public Participation:

At the hearing ai! persons who believe their interest in property is attected by the
proposed bylaw will be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written
submissions respecting matters contained in the Bylaw.
