Kirk January 20th, 1986 City Administrator FROM: Brown We Director of Planning SUBJECT: Rezoning Application 1/86 3191-93 Shaughnessy Street RECOMMENDATION: That City Council! direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a bylaw to rezone Parcel A of Plan 19355 from RS-j] to RT-1. vos BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: This application is to rezone an existing duplex to bring it into conformance with the Zoning Bylaw. The duplex is an older building that was constructed before the RT-1 Zoning District was introduced, The property conforms to the minimum lot size and building setback requirements. There is another non-conforming duplex building next door, so the minimum separation requirement between properties can not be met.
