RECOMMENDATION:

‘That rental charges and admission charges for the Port Coquitlam
Recreation Centre, Hyde Creek Centre and the Terry Fox Library be
increased by 53, oe :

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

This 5% increase is necessary in order for the Department to
‘Maintain the presen- subsidy in our various pregrams and facili-~
ties. The various organizations have been Pre-warned that an
increase was forthcoming which might range anywhere from 5% to
‘10%. The groups have, therefore, included these increases in
their budgets. Attached Please find the 1983 and the recommended _
