” WHEREAS the Grantor is the registered owner of the
Lands herein defined;

AND WHEREAS this Statutory Right-of-Way is necessary
for the operation and maintenance of the City's undert aking;

AND WHEREAS Section 18(6) of the Property Law act
R.S.5.C.. 1979, c. 474provides that a municipality may grant a

statutory right-of-way to itself;

NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the Premises, the sum
of ONE DOLLAR: ($1.¢0) raceipt of which from the City is hereby
acknowledged by the Grantor and other geod and valuable
consideration THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

1. The Grantor grants in perpetuity to the City the right
at all times to:

(a) enter over, on and under ALL “AND SINGULAR that
