We would be able to pay $100 to $200 per month rental -- we realize that this may not be any reflection of the tullcing's commercial value, but the pre-scheol's value to Port Coquitlam is quite considerable. : Due to the nature of a Montessori school, it would not be Teas= ible for us to share the building.
